Who we are
A builder, not a broker.
Most remodeling companies in Houston sell you a job and then find someone to do it. We employ our own project managers, carpenters and tile setters, and we hold the permit in our own name. When something goes wrong at 4pm on a Thursday, there is nobody for us to blame.
We started in 2011 with bathrooms — the room where shortcuts show up fastest — and grew into kitchens, additions, ADUs and whole-home remodels. What did not change is the sequence: understand the house, price the work honestly, build the assembly correctly, and hand over documentation you can give to an appraiser.

Four stages. No surprises in between.
Exploration, design, construction, close-out. You always know which stage you are in, what happens next week, and what it costs.
Exploration
A senior estimator walks the space, measures, photographs and listens. You get a written scope and an honest range for your project before any design fee.
Design & selections
Measured drawings, 3D views and a priced specification schedule. Every fixture, tile and finish is chosen and costed before demolition.
Construction
One dedicated crew, one project manager, a published weekly schedule, dust control and daily clean-up. Permits and inspections are ours to run.
Close-out
Punch walk under raking light, warranty folder, product registrations, touch-up kits and a follow-up visit at ninety days.

Houston is not one market. Bellaire has its own code office, The Woodlands has an architectural committee, Galveston has windstorm certification, and Jersey Village has floodplain rules. We work in all of it — and we put it in writing before you sign.
